FAQ

At Studio 601, we want to make sure your child is getting the most out of their dance education. Our staff is trained to assess each dancer on every level. We also have an open-door policy where if your dancer is ever feeling discomfort in a level, you and your dancer are more than welcome to share these concerns with our director or any staff member.

At Studio 601, monthly tuition is due on the 10th of each month. With our Jackrabbit Parent Portal, there is an option to have monthly tuition automatically drafted out each month on the 1st of the month. For recital and recital costumes, recital costume payments are split over a couple of months with down payments on each costume so that the entire cost isn’t due up front.

Members of The Collective Competition Team are invited to many optional regional competitions throughout the year. These dancers are also required to do a maximum of three regional competitions and one national competition each year. They also do community performances all around the Pine Belt area.

At Studio 601, we want your dancer to be as comfortable as possible in our space. We ask that dancers wear tight-fitted clothing so that teachers can see their body alignment and can give proper corrections accordingly. For Intermediate and Advanced level ballet classes, dancers are required to wear solid black leotards and pink tights. Other classes with specific dress codes are highlighted under the Rules And Regulations Tab
